have had our online ordering system up and running for over a year
and we are quite excited about the number of our customers, sales
associates and indivudal customers have placed orders. We
hope this featureit makes doing business with us easier. Comstock
Cards still offers the same phone (800/326-7825), fax (888/266-2610)
and email support (orders@comstockcards.com) for ordering. Our ordering
system is secure. Since Comstock handles the catalog and order processing ourselves - meaning, we DO NOT use a THIRD PARTY for credit card or check processing, we can take payment any number of ways. If the idea of submitting your credit card number through an internet connection (secure or not) troubles you, then don't. On the order form don't fill in a credit card number just type in NONE, and when we get the order we will contact you at the PHONE NUMBER you provided to ask for your credit card number. Or when you place your first order, just ask us to keep your card number on file (we only hang onto card numbers when asked to by the card holder) and type ON FILE in the card number space on the order form.
